Place a mangrove barrier as part of your coastal defense.

Click the water to make a wave. Drag across it to set the waves in motion and push floating litter. On touch screens, swipe sideways through the water; swipe vertically to scroll the page. With the ocean focused, use arrow keys to move through the water and Enter to make a wave.
